## What is eFAACT Mobile?

eFAACT is the QuickBooks solution for government contractors.   The eFAACT Mobile App provides collection of hours for tracking authorized work efforts and costs. The app delivers employee signature and a series of comprehensive time audit trails which are the steps expected of a government contractor complying with government regulations. Hours and expense receipts entered via our eFAACT Mobile App integrate with the eFAACT System to provide government contractors with total time accounting.

eFAACT Mobile is the NEW mobile app for eFAACT customers (will replace previous eFAACT TimeCard mobile app).  

eFAACT in-house ONLY:   eFAACT mobile is now compatible with in house installations that are up to date, including the completion of the mandatory phase 1 update assistance appointment, and will replace the previous eFAACT TimeCard iOS mobile app.  For more information about the phase 1 update assistance appointment, current eF In house customers should review recent eFAACT HelpDesk ticket.

Not supporting latest iOS version. I deleted app and reinstalled it and it is still crashing. I have to access via web browser. This issue began in late January around the 20th. I was able to use after I deleted app and installed it again and was able to track my times since 9feb24. Open app today 11feb24 and it crashes. Please update to support iOS

I am not sure what is going on. The app was working just fine until today. I tried to put in my credentials for my job, and the stupid thing keeps crashing. I can’t put in my password and login without the stupid app crashing. Someone please fix this immediately.

My main gripe right now is that documentation doesn’t even work on mobile. If I have to submit documentation I have to actually go into my browser and go to eFAACT there.
