They have a shady billing system in which they even try to make you sign up for another e-fax type service instead of taking you to a cancellation page that you attempt to click on but won’t be successful. Once “canceled” don’t think you are out of the woods yet, nope because you WILL BE BILLED until the “billing cycle ends.” Good luck! Lost client confidence over not getting notifications of emails. Not cool. ### 4/5 — It’s a pretty good app *2026-01-22, version 6.2.7* It works pretty well, however on iPad or iPhone basically iOS, it has issues finding drives being able to save things where you want or open documents that are not in your recently access items. That’s why I gave it four in addition to all that it keeps wanting to close so if I can’t find your document an attachment, you minimize it and go to open up the attachment so it’s part of your recent Documents it shuts down. You have to sign back in if you’ve composed the cover sheet it’s gone. So there’s Tips & Tricks a little work around also if you just don’t do anything like in a couple minutes, it logged you off so that needs to be extended longer. ### 1/5 — No create account page *2026-01-07, version 6.2.7* There are no pages to create a new account. I have tried all the methods and so far it has not worked. The instructions for unsubscribe do not work, I wrote to the email - «unavailable» , I wrote to the support - «our team is currently not working». I cancel and cancel and cancel and keep getting emails that I’m missing payments. They say they cancel your account but never actually do. When you respond to emails they respond with completely irrelevant things. I have had to change my card so that they can’t keep trying to charge me for an account I cancelled weeks ago. They confirmed my account cancelled three times and they just keep at it. On website it says 5 $ but it charged a lot and then failed to send fax. Having issues with getting signed up! *2025-12-18, version 6.2.7* Where’s the free trial? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Annual Service Canceled Without Notice *2026-07-16, version 6.2.13* I paid in advance for an annual eFax subscription, but the company later closed my account without giving me proper advance notice. As a result, I lost access to the service and to important documents stored in the account. The explanation I received was that the account was closed because I disputed separate charges through my credit card company. Regardless of the reason, canceling a fully prepaid annual service without warning and blocking access to stored documents is unacceptable. The company also claimed that a prorated refund was being processed, but I was not properly informed and no refund was actually received. Customer service did not resolve the issue.
