Bu kadar kötü bir uygulamayı uzun süredir görmüyordum. Bilet aldım. 1 dk önce aldığım bileti uygulama göstermiyor. SMS de gelmiyor. 20 dk çağrı merkezinde sıra bekledim. Hiç uğraşmayın. Alternatif uygulamalardan alın biletinizi…

Aşağıdaki sorunlar bulunmaktadır. En kısa sürede düzeltirseniz seviniriz:
1. Hesabım ekranında yeni alınan bilet görünmüyor. O bilet sadece efekart puanlarım kısmında var.
2. E-Bilet sorgulama kısmında PNR ve telefonu doğru girilmesine rağmen sayfa yenileniyor ama ekrana bilet gelmiyor, hata mesajı vb. yok
3. Bilet alırken puanlar kullanılamıyor. 
4. Bilet alırken TC kimlik no kısmına tıklanmıyor. Bunu aşmanın dolambaçlı bir yolu var: TC vatandaşı değilim’i işaretleyip gelen pasaport no girin mesajına tamam dedikten sonra işareti geri kaldırınca TC kimlik girilebiliyor.

Eskiden bu sorunların hiçbiri yoktu. Umarım en kısa sürede düzeltirsiniz
