Seeing how I am positioned would make the info provided complete. ### 4/5 — One annoying bug *2026-07-03, version 3.17.3* This app does not do a good job at keeping my linked bank accounts updated and accurately reflecting my funds. I periodically have to unlink and re-link my bank accounts so that this app will keep them up to date. It will work for a while until it decides to stop entirely and then I have to repeat the process all over again. I’ve had to do this numerous times and it is very annoying. When trying to make a transfer, the app will warn you that you’re trying to transfer more funds than are available (even though the funds are there), but I guess you can just override. Which showed a breakdown of projected income and forecast based on the three market categories. As far as fiduciary duties and actively managed portfolios they have been good, hard to miss in this market though. The fees are pretty hefty but compared to other 401k options the returns have covered the fees. They are diligent about calling an updating your goals etc. The fiduciaries seem interested in your well being as they should because the more money you make the more fees they collect, still in today’s society it is getting more difficult finding people that want to do the work. ### 5/5 — Gregory Z Myers *2025-08-23, version 3.12.0* Yes the new web site is great! Also, nothing EFE has mentioned for high earners is the taxes and penalties one could pay in retirement to say, social security, Medicare etc…make too much in retirement, which is a good thing you’d think…but then you’re hit with fees for Medicare and reduced social security or even more taxes on state and federal levels…so like I said, the app is basic…here’s what we think you’ll have in retirement, though no mention of how to keep as much for you vs the government ### 4/5 — Use app daily for years *2025-06-22, version 3.11.1* Good app, does what you expect with quick response after an initial data pull. Today it is Thursday, July 17 and the most recent value in my 401(k) is Friday, July 11. I would expect an app from this company dealing with this issue would be updated daily with the value of the 401(k). ### 1/5 — Not a good financial institution *2025-06-29, version 3.11.1* There were many occasions where reps from Edelman EFE would call and would hang up after 2 rings, enough for them to register that they have attempted to call. Also, I had scheduled an appointment with a retirement advisor, was given the name and the time of appointment that never took place! I have yet to see the fix. Allows trending graphs of accounts which the Schwab app won’t do. App treats you as a child. You must contact Edelman before you delete an account that you personally added.
