### 2/5 — Cannot scan QR codes

Generally the app is ok, but this particular release has broken the ability to scan QR codes for iPhones. The camera preview just doesn’t open. This has been a problem for many weeks.

Doesn’t work at all now, can’t order a coffee, displays errors trying to retrieve payment details. When it used to work - it would take a very long time to load this, now doesn’t load at all.

When the app is working it’s great, however it’s only ever good for one, maybe two interactions until it crashes (again) and you have to reload it. I’m an IOS user, not sure if that has any bearing on the app stability?

It’s a great idea and the app is ok. However, it hangs, displays server side error messages to the front end, constantly needs to be relaunched (iPhone 15 pro). As with any POS transaction the ability to pay immediately should never be interrupted with a feedback request from the last transaction. I want to use this app but frequently give up on it and use my card instead.
