Eff helps you turn everyday effort into visible weekly progress.

Create reusable Saved Activities, assign each one an "Eff" value -- short for Effort --, and plan what belongs on Today. As your week unfolds, complete to-dos, quick-log favorites, and save Activity Logs that show exactly where your effort went.

Set a weekly Eff target and track completed versus remaining Effs. Review color-coded breakdowns, see week-over-week History charts, and understand your progress without overcomplicating your routine.

Eff also supports Partner and Group Circles for shared progress, shared history, and Circle reminders. Use Circles to stay aligned with a partner, small group, or accountability circle.
