It has become so much more than a workout program. It is a lifestyle, a family, and one of the best decisions I have ever made for my health. Every morning I wake up at 4:30 a.m. to complete the on demand workouts. Beginning my day this way has helped me become more disciplined, more consistent, and more confident. I feel stronger physically and mentally because of the commitment I have made to myself. One of the biggest reasons I stay motivated is Dooley, the Effect Fitness team, the incredible trainers, and all of the clients who show up on the live workouts. Their encouragement, positive energy, and accountability inspire me every single day. Even when I do the on demand workouts, I know I am part of a community that genuinely wants everyone to succeed.
