Do not bother to download, does not work and has had no update for 4 yrs.

It has transformed all aspects of my freestyle, and more recently, I have also begun working on my breaststroke and backstroke. I don’t think my body can do a dolphin kick, but I plan to try, which I would not do without their coaching. I love how my specific questions get answered. I consider it a true bargain!

Love the ES app...I listen and/or watch a little bit every time I hit the pool and just being able to take those mental notes from the videos and podcasts into my swim, is rapidly transforming my swimming and style!

This app and the free videos and podcasts are fantastic!

I especially like the videos with voice overs breaking down different elements of the swimmer’s technique - what’s good and what isn’t :)
