EFG Events provides access to key information with ease, full agenda details, session overviews and speaker insights, allowing you to arrive prepared and ready to participate with confidence.

Stay up to date with real-time updates on announcements and important information, so you’re always fully informed. 

The app also encourages active participation, with features like live Q&A, feedback polls, and interactive sessions (where enabled by organisers), giving you the opportunity to engage directly with speakers and contribute to discussions in real time.

Designed with meaningful connections in mind, EFG Events enables you to engage with other attendees. Whether you're connecting with peers, colleagues or hosts, our networking features make it simple to exchange details and arrange one-to-one meetings.

### 3.1.2 — 2026-08-19

- When creating a meeting in the app using the Appointments module, the date/time picker now shows a time-range based on the defined availability of the meeting location. If the “Allow custom location” option is enabled and a custom meeting location is added, there is no adjusted time range.
- Various minor adjustments to improve the user experience. This includes posting on feeds that are linked to live sessions, uploading captured lead scan images, and the “thank you for responding” text that has been made more visible in dark mode.

### 3.0.0 — 2026-06-23

- We're excited to announce that the app now supports Apple's new Liquid Glass design system. 
- Adjustments made to support the new workspace dashboard report called “Time spent in the app”, giving workspace managers clear visibility into how long each attendee actively used the app.
- When scheduling a meeting via the app, meeting organizers are no longer able to create new external participants that use the same email address as an existing participant. This is to prevent the accidental creation of duplicate participants.

- We have made various design adjustments to the mobile app user interface, with a focus on accessibility and improved support for screen readers.
- With the Universal lead capture module, for leads captured via OCR lead scanning, app users can no longer see the show image button in the lead profile.
