There was glitches with entering data, saved and then logged back in to see the data didn’t save. That’s why I gave a 4 star rating. I was not able to submit to CRA. It wasn’t as easy as adding the information to submit. I do not have time to figure out the issue and for that I will not use this software again. My taxes have pretty much been the same for years. Quite confusing on how to claim my wife as a dependent. I have always been able to do this every tax year with no problems. Now I can’t for some reason and now I owe 1500$. Last years taxes, like every year before, I was refunded. Help section doesn’t clarify really either. YouTube video is quite vague. It’s like there is some communication error. *update* Went thru everything again after getting help from the online assistant. Return was as it should be. Filed again for 2021 and no problems. Quite happy now that I’m not so confused. I had to request a new password 5 times because each one was creating an error message, which was rather frustrating. The first two years I used this system, it was okay. This year, 2025, totally impossible. After consulting the CRA, I discovered Fast and Easy Tax Packages. I tried it and was pleasantly surprised! The layout took some getting used to, but the process was truly fast and efficient. It transformed a typically tedious task into a much more enjoyable experience. I was able to complete my taxes without the hassle of numerous forms. Thank you, Fast and Easy, for making tax season less daunting. I will definitely be back next year! Your support team is so fast with answers I was literally blown away. It’s affordable and simple to use and I’ve never had any issues up until this year. I had an issue getting my payment to go through and contacted the support team.
