Can’t access important medical test results! ### 1/5 — Horrible *2020-03-08, version 2.0.21* Terrible app and terrible company. As others have noted the app is unusable. Their online system is also terrible. For example, turning on two factor authentication will lock you out. Neither the emails codes or the authenticator codes will work. Total trash. ### 2/5 — Excited to use it...then it wasn’t working Frustrated *2020-03-07* I was following the instructions that the email had given me. It said to follow the link to reset your password. Did this method five times already. It’s been 2 hours since doing this method. So I’ve gotten frustrated since the link and the app kept sending me back to the “sign in” page. Did the other options, yet it has no other page or different link to restart your password or to create a profile? Help..? ### 1/5 — Crap *2020-03-06* So I forgot my password. I selected forgot password in the app, on the log in screen. It sent me an email with a link. I hit the link. It sends me to a page that says to download the app. I open the app. There’s the sign in page, no other options except hitting the button that says forgot password. Rinse and repeat. ### 1/5 — Unusable if you have 2FA on *2019-10-14, version 2.0.21* You can’t use the app if you have 2FA turned on. The second you switch screens to get your 2 factor codes it resets and stops working! Why can’t you make this work in collaboration with your 2 factor security settings when you come out with updates every month trying to up sell us on other products? Kicks me out after logging in every 5 mins, I have to keep logging in. I’m not exaggerating. Every 3-5 mins. I only use this because my client uses this. The Desktop is terrible as well. Just a great app. ### 5/5 — Finally, My documents, Pictures, Receipts and files at my disposal at any time! *2012-03-05* I am a long time user of efilecabinets document and file management suite and this app, which I have on both my iPhone and iPad, not only gives me access to all my files and documents on the road, it allows me to take a pic with the camera and create a new Document. I take pics of all my receipts and store them in PDF form while I'm on the road! AND, they are always updating it too to give it more functionality. It's an incredible age we live in that I can carry all of my file cabinets around on my Ipad! The app is simple, intuitive and easy to use. I highly reccomend it across the board. ### 5/5 — Sweet app to access my files outside the office *2012-02-21* I already have efilecabinet online and now I can access everything from my iphone and ipad. I travel a lot and on my last trip to New York City my computer couldn't logon to the internet so I just used my iphone to pull up some information I needed for a customer. I now take pictures of my receipts with my iphone and immediately store them right to my travel expense folder. No more paper!
