## What is eFITciency?

eFITciency is divided up into 6 primary features. The Body Stats feature lets you track your weight, progress photos, and body measurements. The Goals/PR feature allows you to set and track exercise goals you've set for yourself. The Workouts feature is where you create your workout plans, set the workout days of your plan, and set the exercises for each day. The Diet feature allows you to track your food intake, as well as your macros. The Downloads feature will (once released) allow you to download workout plans from a certified coach directly to the app. Finally, the Options feature allows you to change the language of the app, submit a bug report, or meet the developer of this app :)
