It doesn’t even deserve the three stars it has. ### 1/5 — Useless! *2025-03-03* Useless app. Our company wants us to use it with out fleet of vans. Does not give maintenance history or gas mileage. My organization has some vehicles leased through EFleets and I have a login through the computer at work but each time I attempt to login to the app, it does not recognize me. I’m literally a passenger in this vehicle, and there’s not an option to indicate that I’m not driving. I have tried multiple times double checking my spelling and capitalization and it does not work. I went online to the website and it worked first try. After resetting my password i tried the app again with my new password and it still did not let me log in. Simply put the app does not work. I could not even sign in to my account or recover my account trying to get a new password. ### 1/5 — Won’t let me log in *2023-08-11* Our administrator can see my info has all been submitted I have tried multiple times to login and it won’t let me and says my email not found in the system. Can’t login to phone app because of “invalid credentials” but can login to the web version on the chrome app somehow. I’ve changed my password several times. Forget the app, I’ll have my team use the website. ### 1/5 — Probably the worst app out there *2022-06-02* In today’s digital age, it astounds me that a large company can’t provide an app that actually works. Sometimes I can sign in and sometimes I can’t. No apparent reason for it. When I can sign in, oftentimes I am told that I don’t have a vehicle registered even though I did the day before. If our company wasn’t using Enterprise, I would never choose them and I certainly wouldn’t try to use this app. ### 1/5 — System never works *2022-04-23, version 2.6.28* System never has a vehicle associated to me. I definitely would not recommend this app to anyone. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App issues prevent me from ensuring my car stays safe and reliable *2026-07-13* I’m expected to log miles as well as access the app if I need to request repairs, but I can’t even login despite ongoing attempts to “reset password.” Calling the help line wasn’t helpful because the issue is with a bug that prevents me from saving my password. I’ve attempted to resolve the issue from multiple devices with the same issue occurring. Enterprise should be liable for vehicle issues that they won’t approve upfront without additional consideration that are them followed by ongoing issues with the app which prevents resolution. App issues are directly preventing me from doing my job and ensuring my work vehicle remains safe and functional. ### 1/5 — This app SUCKS *2026-05-11, version 3.5.0* This is the worst app ever. God help you if you forget your password. They email you a temp and 90% of the time it says “temporary password incorrect” and then you get locked out. After that, good luck getting someone on the phone to help. You have a better chance of winning the Powerball. So frustrating. ### 1/5 — Zero Service *2026-04-18* Al I needed was an oil change…they couldn’t find an oil & lube place that is “in network”. Sent me to a tire place. Ridiculous. ### 1/5 — My first ever review just to try to get this fixed *2026-02-05* Usually a buggy app isn’t enough to actually impede my ability to do my job, but in this case it is. I have to log in to see a notification about a vehicle, and then the page that allows me to see alerts gets cut off. Right now I have a high alert message that says “Manufacture recall has been…” and that’s it. I can’t read the whole thing. My options are “Ok” and “Mark as Unread.” This app is absolutely terrible. Developers, please use ChatGPT or take a basic programming class because this could hardly get worse. ### 1/5 — App user *2025-12-26* Since update and new look, DOES NOT WORK. I haven’t been able to use the app for the last 4+ months. Can always log in online but no go for the app. This is the same for the rest of my company. It was difficult to navigate the app to begin with, but it was convenient to find contact numbers for customer support. The eFleets app is the worst I’ve ever had to use. The reason I’m not able to give it 5 stars is due to the GPS locking the app constantly. Understandable when you’re driving. But when you are sitting at your desk and it blinks back and forth locking the app as if you’re driving, that gets really annoying. Happens when you are at a stop trying to add your mileage. Very annoying Fix that and the app will be much better ### 3/5 — Login Info *2021-12-18, version 2.6.28* All of my banking and brokerage apps can save my passwords via keychain, this app doesn’t do this. ### 3/5 — Can’t find locations that fix my issue *2021-04-11* 1) the app disables telling me the vehicle is in motion... while I’m looking out the window at the parked vehicle 2) need to be able to filter locations based on the service I need, particularly manufacturers recalls. Even better, when the app sends a notification about a recall, it would be great if clicking on it brought me right to the scheduling screen of the nearest service center. Only a dealer can do it, and no dealers are coming up on my list 😭 ### 3/5 — Good idea poor application *2021-03-19* I have tried to use the app on multiple occasions to keep up with my mileage and my oil change but it’s never accurate. But recently I was trying to track my car on order and it has that feature. So I made a call to my service representative through the app to discuss the delivery of my vehicle while my wife was driving but we were unable to discuss it because if you’re moving the app doesn’t work. I understand that they don’t want us driving and using the app but what if you were the passenger we were trying to get somewhere and had to pull over to the side of the road.
