### 1/5 — If you’re reading this it’s probably too late

*2023-07-15*

There are countless issues with the basic functionality of the app and the corresponding software. From incorrect state link transactions to basic bugs in software that went unchanged for the years I used the software. It may look appealing at first, but the core functions you will rely on are cumbersome and poorly supported.

### 4/5 — Need some work

*2023-04-05, version 2.4.0*

New features have been good, but the address field in self dispatch often does not drop down with the common places so I am not able to use an existing common place.

My biggest want would be for a split screen between map and call details. It would be nice to see mapping on half the screen to get the location, and the list of calls on the other half where you can go into call details so you can get updated dispatch notes while en route to a call without having to go back and forth between the map and calls with two clicks each time.

I would also like to see the mapping drop pins accurately on buildings or areas instead of always just being in the middle of the road without any indication of what side of the road the location is on.

### 2/5 — Login Error

*2022-08-28, version 2.3.8*

Since the upgrade this week can’t access the data, uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing.

### 2/5 — Ehh

*2022-08-22, version 2.3.7*

Every time they do an update it makes EFORCE not work right, then it’s not working for the next week until something fixes it. I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall the app because it’ll kick me out and decide to require the agency passcode to let me back in but then half the time it’ll just say that EFORCE is having issues and to contact the service department. I didn’t think in 2022 I’d still be using a small white board to write down addresses for when the app inevitably stops while I’m trying to go somewhere or fill out tickets.

### 1/5 — Garbageware

*2022-03-28, version 2.3.5*

Not just the app, but the software in its entirety needs a lot of polish. Our agency is switching to Copsync. I recommend the devs reach out to some officers in the field for feedback.

### 1/5 — Find a different alternative!

*2021-08-02, version 2.3.2*

The entire eForce suite of apps is outdated, still requires Silverlight and dependent on IE 11. The iOS app is unreliable and basically only provides one feature, CAD, despite what eForce says.

### 2/5 — Updates mess everything up

*2021-02-23, version 2.3.0*

It seems like every update messes the app up. Then There has to be another update to fix the mess that the 1st update created.

### 1/5 — A step backwards

*2020-09-23, version 2.2.8*

If I could give this app 0 stars, I would. It fails to open properly at least half the time, doesn’t update the status screen, and will regularly show no calls/no units on duty.

Don’t waste your time or money with EForce. Seriously, don’t...

### 1/5 — If garbage is all you got use garbage.

*2020-08-21, version 2.2.5*

My agency has been using the app for a few years. In 08/2020 we had an update on the app. The update is garbage! The call screen background is black but the available unit screen is white. Thanks EFORCE now my night vision is gone! The old version constantly updated itself. The new version in the settings says its updates every 6 seconds... nope I have to refresh the screen constantly to see the cad notes. In the old version our agency used displayed three columns 1 the open calls for service. 2 details on the selected call for service and 3 available units. The new version displays only 2 columns 1 the open calls for service 2 the details on the selected call. The problem is the font size is so large you have to constantly scroll through the columns to find what your looking for. Why not keep it 3 columns to include the following 1 open calls for service 2 call notes details for the selected call 3 involved persons vehicle information for the selected call. Being that this garbage is all we got we are going to continue using garbage. We will like change RMS and CAD at the end of year.

### 2/5 — Newest app update is terrible

*2020-08-19, version 2.2.4*

I can’t get the app to open at all on any device. I even removed it and reloaded it on every device, still can’t open it. Every time I try to open it, it will show me the spinning circle for a short moment then go back to iphone home screen. Not sure what the problem is....
