Hier haben sich bei der App- Programmierung/-gestaltung bestimmt Freizeitpark-Liebhaber und App-Programmierer zusammengesetzt und eines absolut nützliche App geschaffen. Besonders toll ist die Funktion mit der Vorreservierung für bestimmte Aktivitäten um lange Wartezeiten zu vermeiden. Dit bleek NIET mogelijk om dat je IN de Efteling moet zijn om foto’s toe te voegen. Ik heb de Efteling gecontacteerd en er is geen compensatie mogelijk omdat het in de voorwaarden zou staan en ik toch wel een paar foto’s had toegevoegd en gedownload 🥴🥴 Let op, mensen! ### 1/5 — Läuft nicht *2025-10-04* Ich kann den Photo pass nicht aktivieren es geht bis ich eine Bild Nummer eintragen möchte, der Button geht nicht , habe die App gelöscht und neu gemacht nichts es geht nicht **Developer response:** Vielen Dank für die Bewertung. Wir haben weitere Untersuchungen durchgeführt und die Ursache gefunden. Wenn Sie die Einstellung „Bewegungen reduzieren“ von iOS aktiviert haben, funktionieren diese Schaltflächen nicht mehr. Wir arbeiten daran, dieses Problem in einem zukünftigen App-Update zu beheben. I bought 8 tickets for four persons for two days. Five of them were scanned at the entrance on the first day by mistake. I realised that when the next day there were only three in the app. I had to buy one more as the helpdesk couldn’t do anything on this ### 1/5 — Poor User Experience and Unusable Customer Service Chat *2023-09-17, version 4.10.1* I recently stayed at Efteling Resort with the expectation of a smooth early park access, a feature prominently advertised. However, my experience was far from satisfactory, and the iOS app did nothing to help. Firstly, the app offers no information on the early access process. We faced a confusing fork in the path upon entering the park, and there were no clear signs or guidance on the app to direct us. We ended up walking in the wrong direction for 10 minutes, only to be stopped by locked gates. A 20-minute detour later, we faced a 40-minute wait for an attraction we had hoped to access quickly. To make matters worse, when I tried to use the customer service chat feature on the app to address this issue, it was completely unusable. Messages wouldn’t send, and there was no way to get immediate assistance, exacerbating our already frustrating experience. The app should be a tool that enhances a guest’s experience, not complicates it. The lack of essential information and non-functional customer service features make this app more of a hindrance than a help. Efteling Resort, your app needs serious improvements to meet the standards one would expect from a place that promises magical experiences. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2023-08-22* Slow, unresponsive, the process of adding a travel companion is the most convoluted and useless process I’ve ever had to follow. I got on most rides besides the rollercoasters Barron python and the wooden rollercoaster and I mostly enjoyed the ride dance macabre. I loved it and I might just go to this theme park for most of the theme parks I go to. Sounds like quite the Villa Volta experience 😉 Hope you didn’t feel too dizzy! ^Sharine ### 5/5 — Great app both for park and overnight stays *2026-03-31* Really good app. For overnight stays it’s your digital key, and has lots of things like food delivery service, things to do in your area etc. For the park it’s got a great map with lots of info, ride waiting times etc. Nice extras would be to get directions using the overnight guest early access entrance. And walking directions (like ‘turn left here’) would be handy for first time visitors (it does show you route on the map, but instructions would be useful). **Developer response:** Thank you for your review!
