This app is absolutely useless. You can’t create an account. All you can do is sign in so if you don’t have an account, you can’t use the app or the product not very happy will be turning the device.

The mobile app is currently designed for users who already have an account created through our Web Edition.
The Focus of  the  Mobile Edition is to have visibility into the Real time monitoring and dashboards , Push Notifications .
We truly appreciate your input — it's incredibly valuable, especially as we continue improving the experience. If you're open to it, I’d be happy to help you get started by guiding you through the account setup process or answering any questions you have.

Since the update, typing an username and password on the login screen does not work.

App is completely non-functional if you can’t log in.

**Developer response:** Hope the below concern is sorted by our support team and you able to use the app well now.

This is s great tool. But please redesign this gui it is terrible. The graphical user interface looks very old and chunky.
