## What is EG WaveSHAPER?

EG WaveSHAPER is the first synthesizer that lets you create your sound with a finger.

Draw the waveform on the screen or shape a builtin one, mix it with a classic analog oscillator and a sub oscillator and automate all the knobs with 2 drawable LFOs and 2 ENVs

HYBRID WAVESHAPING ENGINE
'Waveshaping is a synthesis-and-transformation technique that turns simple sounds into complex sounds'

2 wavetables can be designed and morphed to create unique and dynamic sounds under your finger, choosing the morph attack and release; complex spectra can be created waveshaping the oscillator and introducing non linear distortion, rich harmonics and a tube-vacuum behaviour.
The hybrid Waveshaping/Wavetable engine lets you combine a wavetable oscillator with a classic oscillator and a sub oscillator, to add additional sound layers and depth.

LFOs & ENVs
2 Lfo and 2 Envelopes with indipendent time can be assigned to virtually any of the synth parameters. They can also be graphically designed with the touch of your finger or you can choose among the builtin envelopes.

I really like the sound of this app. But at least if you work with Cubasis you need to freeze the track soon as the app will quit working quickly. Then you need to restart Cubasis and reopen the app. I hope that this is resolved quickly as it would be a shame to not use the app any more due to a lack of stability. Thanks

音がとにかく良い。金属的な音が気軽に出せる。
シンセの構成もシンプルな上、波形をタッチで変更できる感覚的な操作はとても初心者向け。というか私は初心者だったので、このアプリでやっとシンセサイザーの言ってることがわかってきた。
iPhoneとiPad間でのデータ移動が気まぐれだったり、何故かiPhoneの「設定」欄に現れない等の謎のバグはちょこちょこあったけど、audio unitこの音を鳴らせるだけでありがたい。
機能拡張版があったら課金したいくらい。

Very cool synth that’s just right in both quality and complexity. Was jamming with diva and repro on my desktop. It held its own.. Bright and brash yet subtle and beautiful. Well done dev and thanks for the zoom update and stuff. Awesome.

It’s well,,, okay. Not nearly as good of a Synth as say something like say Cyclop, SynthMaster One, or Layr, for my needs. I feel like the core sound design functionality is there for users interested in making they’re own patches from scratch which I like but the included presets are pretty mediocre at best imho. If you’re a hardcore iOS musician then you’ll prolly eventually get this one like me but if your looking to just own 2-3 core synth apps I would look elsewhere.

Hier macht Klangschrauben besonders viel Spaß. Die zuerst sehr schlicht wirkende Oberfläche, ja es ist nur eine Bildschirmseite, hat es in sich. Übersichtlicher geht es kaum. Doch die Klangmächtigkeit dahinter ist um so verblüffender. Insbesondere Drones und Pads lassen sich super schnell erstellen.

Verbesserungspotential:
1. Die Stärke der LFO-, und ENV-Modulationen sollte mit dem Regler des Zielparameters regelbar sein. So erspart man sich das Neuzeichnen der Kurve nur um die Modulationsstärke zu ändern.

2. Für die zwei Fenster Wellenform und LFO/ENV bitte Zoomen ermöglichen.
