Periodically the app logs me out. I go to log in and it doesn’t recognize me. I do a password update and go to log in but then it says device belongs to another user. It works maybe 15% of the time.

I have been using this app for over a year and it is never consistent. Now I suddenly need a key card but my contract is expired; how can a contract I never signed up for expire, and why didn’t I get an email about this before carrying my scraps all the way to a bin?

Ridiculous app. It forces you to provide your email to throw the garbage. And it logs you out EVERY time. Then it forces you to change your password every time. Like I have time to stand with a smelly garbage bag in the rain re settiting a password to throw the garbage. I and all my neighbors stopped using it.

I have to delete and reload the app once every couple of weeks. Love the convenience of the bins, hate the inconvenience of standing on the street with a bag of garbage for ten minutes trying to get the app to work.

I’ve had several issues using this app. Fails to log me in, fails to open bins using Bluetooth. Resulting in me tossing the organic waste in the trash instead.

Not working on multiple devices, won’t pick up any containers just goes straight to error page, also made it impossible to report the error on the app itself in any way.

I had to log in instead of fingerprint login, retrieve password, then it said “bin-3 access denied”, closed app twice, finally worked. 6-9 minutes. Absurd.
