Bought the 4th gen lock.  Like it fine..would like it better if app worked. Once I got account set up, now it shuts down every time I try to add another user access.  Called and emailed support several times with no contact back.  Now looking at getting a different lock since we can’t really use the one we bought that uses this app

The app closes the second you try to open it. Rendering your fancy lock worthless...

Does not work and returning it. After it pairs it keeps asking to “make sure the shackle is pressed down” (Which it is) 

Then no matter what will NOT turn green. So you have to pull-it-quickly within that second to open it anyway. Which means the log it keeps will always be wrong too. 

Fob doesn’t work AT ALL. (I bought 7 of them!!)

Call customer support. Nothing but a computer recording. 

I would never trust my business gate with this product as planned. Garbage.
