However there are a few things that have started to become more important as time goes on. I want to switch to a new planner app but each time I try there are in app purchases or the simplicity is lost. I checked my phone settings app to see if I had the notifications off on there but nope, it’s on. A trustworthy companion that doesn’t try and take you for all you’re worth with subscriptions or charges. My only notes are I truly hope that a color wheel picker is implemented and that I could make custom “types”. As it stands, there are only “Homework”, “Quiz”, “Project”, and “Test”. Even if it’s buried in settings somewhere out of the way, I’d really appreciate the opportunity to make more types or even just a “Custom” type that I ascribe a name to after selecting it each time. A final note about the color picking. As I said before, a color wheel would be awesome, but that could be tricky with touch screens. My recommendation is to offer RGB sliders to select colors in addition to the preset colors that there are now. This app is completely free! I’ve seen so many planner apps and they’re “free”, but to actually USE the app you have to pay a subscription. It’s super frustrating. There’s no ads either, so you just go on, organize your homework, and then you’re all set! 2. The app is super minimalistic, but I actually think it’s better that way. You can add classes and then choose the type of assignment, add the date, and details. There isn’t an option to customize the type of assignment, but it still works. The assignment options are: Homework, Quiz, Project, and Test. 3. Some people complain that there isn’t a “time” option. This is sometimes hard because some assignments are due earlier in the day, but most are 11:59pm. My recommendation is to add the time in the description. You just have to make sure to check it when you get the notification that an assignment is due “today”.
