I set up an account, and was planning to use the card but the app will not accept my username and password in order to access the electronic card. I’ve tried resetting and I get a notification within the app that an email has been sent to reset. HOWEVER, I have yet to receive an email. I tried a few more times and still no email. I can’t find any other way to reset. So tonight I tried to use the printed card with the code, and the retailer couldn’t accept. There is $430 on this card that I cannot access. I was able to sign in on my android phone and computer but the iOS app won’t let me log in. Since this is my primary phone it makes the app useless right off the bat. On top of that when you actually log into the site you realize that can’t use it at Amazon or Walmart although those are the logos they put right on their homepage to entice you to buy, because that’s where you get the most bang for your buck. They cover their behind by putting in small print that you can use points on Amazon and Walmart but the only way to get those points is if you buy more gift cards not the actual money on the gift cards. If you eat at dominoes and Olive Garden all the time, then this is the app for you.
