Built by EGK Microelectronic Solutions Group, this app puts a full clinical pharmacokinetics engine in your pocket - designed for pharmacy students, pharmacologists, pharmaceutical scientists, and researchers.

SIMULATION ENGINE

Model plasma concentration-time curves using rigorous mathematical PK equations across four models: 1-Compartment, 2-Compartment, 3-Compartment, and Non-linear Michaelis-Menten. Simulate all routes of administration: oral (PO), IV bolus, IV infusion, intramuscular, subcutaneous, transdermal, and inhalation. Multiple-dose superposition with accumulation factor (R), steady-state Css, and trough/peak analysis.

KEY CALCULATED PARAMETERS

Every simulation computes Cmax, Tmax, t½, AUC₀₋t, AUC₀₋∞, MRT, observed CL, and Vd. Real-time derived parameters - half-life, elimination rate constant (Ke), and steady-state concentration - update instantly as you adjust sliders.

EGKAICore INTERPRETATION (PRO)

Let EGKAICore interpret your PK profile. Receive a full ADMET analysis (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion, Toxicity), toxicity risk classification (Low to Critical), clinical narrative, key findings, and dose adjustment recommendations for impaired renal or hepatic function.

EGK AIPharmaCalc Pro is available as Monthly (RM 12.90/month) or Annual (RM 89.90/year) subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in App Store Settings. No cancellation of current subscription is allowed during the active period.
