It’s sooo slow. And it’s hard to logout. Absolutely impossible for urgent transfers. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-08-19, version 24.1.0* This app will work with my IP. Not using a VPN or anything. No other apps have issues. I can log on from 5G , not WiFi. ### 1/5 — Something happened *2025-08-12, version 24.1.0* The app constantly kicks me out and forces me to log in only to claim that my password or pin are wrong and then I have reset my password and fight with the system all over again. It does not allow me to sign into my account via pin or faceid. All it states is Access Denied as soon as the application opens. I have even deleted the app and reinstalled ( I work in IT 😉), and still receive the same error banner. Then one day unable to log in due to an access denied error. I’m using my proper credentials. Thankfully the CardControls app still works for me. I’m disappointed with the lack of quality in service here. I should not be having problems accessing the main app as a member. **Developer response:** Oh no! The credit check part I do like, but the rest of it is non-intuitive and lacks ease of use and flow. Thank you! ### 2/5 — Access Denied error *2024-05-13* Tried the app this morning at 7:30am May 13, 2024 and facial recognition gives me an Access Denied error now. Removed and reinstalled the app tried logging in without the facial ID with the same Access Denied. Went to the website and logged in just fine. This app is suppose to make life easier not more complicated. Please post on EFCU’s website if the App is down or if there are network issues for the App. If the App is not broke, stop fixing it! I have been having issues with my scheduled payments not going through. The most recent one, I had three payments scheduled but only one went through, and then two days later a new scheduled payment showed up that’s scheduled for 2027, I have had this issue a few times now and it is extremely frustrating when I believe my payments are good because they’re scheduled for the right amount on the right time and then they don’t go through and now my balance is past due, this has now caused me to pay a late fee because of this negligence. It is beyond frustrating, especially when I message them and get told I need to ensure that I select the correct date. I guess it’s my fault for not taking screenshots of my scheduled payments as proof that I selected the correct year. **Developer response:** We're very sorry for the disappointing and frustrating experience you're having with scheduled payments. Now I’m lucky if it even pulls up account balances. I don’t know what happened in the last year or so, but it seems like they’ve given up on it. Even with autofill, the application denies me access to my account. You can easily transfer or deposit - you can even easily put money in another member’s account. I have been with egg one for a long time and I hated the app that they had before. It would look at my account every time I used it! But this new app is the bomb. You can reset your password on it and it will give you a temporary password right there. None of this having to have a temporary password email to you and going through all this back-and-forth stuff. This is the best banking app I have ever seen! Two thumbs up Eglin!
