## What is EGLO Myanmar?

EGLO Myanmar is now to help enhance the quality of life of the people in Myanmar, by bringing world-class products to them at the most reasonable prices, backed up by quality after-sales services, for the customers’ total satisfaction.

The starting signal of our large success story was set in 1969, when Ludwig Obwieser creates the enterprise “ EGLO Leuchten”. An important milestone followed in 1976 with the building of the first business premises in the Tyrol (Austria).

In the mid 1980’s EGLO was finally established as on of the leading light manufacturers in Europe. Expansion into new markets became priority and the opening of the first sales division in Germany laid a solid foundation for international business dealings. Consistent development of new markets opened the opportunity to establish more than 70 business premises all over the world.

We make very high demands on the quality of our products and on our services. That’s why all development and production stages – from the product idea through the design phase all the way to going into series production – are closely monitored in this respect.
