국내생산인가 뭐라해서 구매했는데 중국산보다 별로
영상 찾아볼라하면 매번 찾을수없다 새로고침뜨고 겨우 영상 뜨면 렉 엄청걸림 10초 앞으로 돌리면 렉때문에 10초가 이미 지나있음
라이브 5초전영상은 볼수도 없음 5분정도 지나야 재생가능
업뎃해도 똑같고 진짜 최악 두번다시 안삼
저런게 10만원대라니 돈버림 캠볼때마다 화가 치밀어오름

제품을 믿고 구매해 주셨는데 기대에 미치지 못해 많이 화가 나셨을 것 같습니다. 불편을 드려 진심으로 죄송합니다.

먼저 한 가지 안내드릴 부분이 있습니다. 녹화 영상은 10분 단위로 저장되는 구조이기 때문에, 촬영 직후의 영상은 해당 구간의 저장이 완료된 뒤에야 재생이 가능합니다. '5초 전 영상이 안 보이고 5분정도 지나야 재생되는' 현상은 이 때문에 발생하는 정상 동작이었습니다. 참고로 클라우드 녹화는 저장 주기가 더 짧아 최근 영상을 더 빨리 확인하실 수 있습니다. 충분한 안내가 부족했던 점 다시 한번 죄송드립니다.

다만 말씀해 주신 다른 증상들 — 영상 검색 실패, 재생 시 딜레이, 10초 되감기 오동작 — 은 정상적인 동작이 아니라 개별 진단이 필요합니다. 이글루 앱에 로그인하신 뒤 하단의 '문의하기'(카카오톡) 버튼을 통해 연락 주시면 신속히 확인해 도와드리겠습니다.

사람들이 왜 어플 불편하다는지, 왤케 화가 나 있었는지 몰랐는데..이제 알겠네요. 

실시간 녹화중에 원하는 시간으로 이동해보셧나요?

만약 애가 자다가 갑자기 울어요.  2-3분 전으로 돌리고 싶은데 화면은 자꾸 로딩중인 로고가 보이고 정확히 그 시간으로 돌아가려고 애쓰다보면 라이브 화면으로 돌아가요. 개선되기 전까지는 추천은 못하겠네요

자동꺼짐 기능 필요한 사람만 선택할 수 있게 해주세요. 너무 불편합니다. 아이폰도 PIP모드로 사용할 수 있게 해주세요. 캠 켜 놓으면 핸드폰 다른 기능을 전혀 못 쓰는 거 너무 불편합니다.
그리고 음소거 가능할 수 있게 해 주세요. 아기 근처에서 캠으로 상태 확인하고 싶은데, 소리 때문에 아기가 자꾸 깹니다 ㅠㅠ

홈캠은 아이들 키우는 집에서 모니터링용으로도 많이 써서 태블릿등으로 하루종일 볼 수 있게 켜놓기도 하는데 중간에 화면 터치가 없으면 자동으로 화면이 꺼지니 너무 불편해요. 개선 부탁드립니다.

되게번거롭네요 지인추천받고 해킹에안전하다들어서 구매해서 일년간쓰고있는데 
다른제품에비해 가격대가있음에도 불구하고 어플이용료 대신 sd카드 구매해서 쓰면 
카메라 찍힌거 돌려보기도 엄청 오래걸리고 저장하려면  sd카드를 분리후 따로 저장해야하는 번거러움도 있어요 
이용료 안내고 쓰시면 그냥 국민템 사서쓰는게나을것같아요 
후회중임다 .. ㅜ

내 진짜 최고 앱 EGLOO. 조작감 좋고 쓰기 간단해서 누구나 쉽게 사용하기 짱 좋음!! 이 정도 앱이면 진짜 유료로 변해도 계속 쓸마음 있음... 특히 가족끼리 물건 관련해서 불화 있으면 이거 대체할 앱 진짜 없음 클라우드 백업 알아서 되니 편함! 순위 83위가 말이 안 됨 ㄹㅇ 더 올라가야함
