My experience with EGO in Saudi Arabia has been extremely disappointing. The cars are often dirty and poorly maintained, and the air conditioning barely works which is unacceptable in such a hot climate. Many of the drivers are unprofessional, with some being outright rude or showing up with very bad personal hygiene. On top of that, if you don’t have cash, most drivers will either cancel your ride or pressure you to cancel it yourself. The worst part is that there’s no proper customer service , no call center, no reliable way to submit complaints or receive support.
