### 2/5 — Please update this app

*2022-12-16, version 1.1.0*

I get logged out every single time I use the app. There’s nothing that private going on in here. Please figure out a way to keep me logged in, or allow me to log in with biometrics or integrate with last pass and one password. It’s WILDLY frustrating to have to log in every time.

It would also be great if it loaded faster.

### 2/5 — Great method, poor app

*2022-03-24, version 1.1.0*

The method is great but this app is the least functioning I’ve ever had on my phone. Probably needs an update after 3 years…

### 2/5 — Seriously in need of an update

*2019-08-11, version 1.1.0*

This app never remembers my login information, requiring me to login every time I open it. While some of the information is good, the execution needs to be improved.

### 2/5 — Ok feature set, crashes frequently, user nav bad

*2019-06-01, version 1.1.0*

Definitely a fan of having the app - but it’s frustrating to use. A lot of features are buried and then getting back to your exercise page is a pain.

Same problem as others have reported. The app freezes a lot. Have to log out to have the menus refreshed.

I still have the problem of the screen going dark in the middle of an exercise. Don’t know why.

Overall, I use it but I don’t love it.

### 2/5 — First time user

*2019-03-08, version 1.1.0*

Not so sure how this app works. You have to be careful when you start your menu. If you click on the arrow at the bottom are you good on the bottom of the app is the instructions to the videos. If you click on the start menu you get the pop-up menu on the back that allows you to provide feedback and also your progress. Once you’ve completed your entire routineAnd click finish you get the fireworks display but no indication that your routine has been sent to your therapist and then when you go back it starts all over again.

### 2/5 — New App

*2019-03-06, version 1.1.0*

Looks nicer than the old app but some distinct flaws.

1) the reps aren’t counted with a beep so you have to be in a position to give the counter which is not possible in most of the e-cises.

2) no ability to edit the e-cise settings. Previously you could change reps, sets and duration.

### 2/5 — Love Egoscue & my therapist, hate the app

*2019-03-05, version 1.1.0*

The timer is random. The app freezes mid menu. Sometimes it doesn’t work at all. The timer is random, and now my new menu does not exist. Using me emailed menu and an egg timer is easier

### 2/5 — Not as good as what it replaced

*2018-08-11, version 1.1.0*

I deleted and reinstalled this morning. At least now I can hear the timer, but there is still no sound on the video instructions. Using on a iPad

### 2/5 — Needs work

*2018-07-21, version 1.0*

1. Allow the timer on the app to work while I’m running other apps, ie if I use the timer it shuts down my podcast.
2. Show a picture in the background of each exercise so you don’t have to click on the instruction button. This was the case with the old app.
3. Allow Feedback to be submitted through the app itself.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Login Not Working

*2024-08-27, version 2.0.3*

I was directed to download this app from a complimentary book: Ageless Painless Tennis. The login credentials no longer work so both the app and the book are useless. Very disappointing.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2023-09-19, version 1.1.0*

It doesn’t work. Can’t get my menu can’t see the screen can’t load. Just does not work.

### 1/5 — Update App or PDF r menus

*2023-05-31, version 1.1.0*

Update App or PDF our menus!

### 1/5 — Lousy -old one much better

*2021-02-28, version 1.1.0*

Bring back the old app. This one didn’t include 14 previous menus! Not nearly as good.

### 1/5 — Sign in?

*2020-08-29, version 1.1.0*

Can’t seem to get this app started

### 1/5 — Buggy and slow

*2020-03-23, version 1.1.0*

When it works the info is useful. The main problem is the app seldom shows any data and has to be forced closed and opened a couple times before it works. This happens daily.

### 1/5 — The login page doesn’t work

*2019-03-31, version 1.1.0*

The login page doesn’t work. I reset my password a few times and it still doesn’t allow me to login. The user experience is not good.

### 1/5 — Give me my old app back

*2018-08-17, version 1.1.0*

Just not a fan. Have to repeatedly log in right in the middle of doing my menu, and at first I thought they fixed that but not sure now. Needs work. Now the last two days I have to uninstall and reinstall to g t the app to open in my iPhone 6. Frustrated!!!!

### 1/5 — Awful

*2018-08-06, version 1.0*

This new app is very finicky. My latest menu never appears I have to log out, then log in and with fingers crossed hope that it is there. Sometimes it takes 3 or 4 times doing this before the menu is there. Sometimes it just doesn’t appear. Need to work on this!!

### 2/5 — Needs help

*2023-02-03, version 1.1.0*

This app works about one third to half the time. Just won’t even load.
I think for the money we pay for the menu Pete might spend some money updating and improving this app. Love Egoscue and how it helps me but this app needs some help.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Useful workout guide

*2026-03-11, version 2.0.10*

The older poor reviews are an injustice to the current app! The Egoscue app is such a great way to keep track of your workouts. For each exercise it provides instructions, videos and photos to remind you how to correctly perform them. There’s a timer for the positions you have to hold for a specified number of minutes. It keeps track of your workout streak, letting you know how many days in a row you’ve done your ecises. And it allows you access to all your previous personalized menus. Super-useful.

### 5/5 — Life Changing

*2024-11-27, version 2.0.3*

I spoke with Levi and he got me started on a menu. I haven’t used it much but I already notice positive changes. Levi is very professional and great to work with. The app has everything I need to do the exercises. I will 100% recommend this to others.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2020-02-08, version 1.1.0*

Great app that allows me to follow my menu and get instructions if I need. Can also keep in touch with my therapist.

### 5/5 — Great Therapy App!

*2019-02-07, version 1.1.0*

I love being able to access my regiment wherever I am. Also, being able to direct feedback through the app right to my therapist helps my healing process. It’s like I have my therapist in everywhere I go!

### 5/5 — Love the new App

*2018-08-16, version 1.1.0*

I LOVE the new Egoscue App. It’s easy for me to follow my exercise routine at home, while I travel, and at the gym. This app keeps all my previous routines and provides detailed exercise instruction and videos.

### 4/5 — Make the play icon larger

*2024-08-20, version 2.0.3*

The app is great, helpful to do my daily Egoscue!
The update that was done made the play button so tiny, please have by default a larger play button icon.

### 4/5 — Login details do not work

*2022-09-27*

Hi, I dont seem to be able to log in to the app using the credentials mentioned in the book. How do I request a login? Thanks

### 3/5 — Better but needs more fine tuning

*2023-12-07, version 2.0.0*

The updated app is better however it would be helpful if it promoted you between reps for exercises like Superman.

### 3/5 — Needs work

*2018-07-18, version 1.0*

Ok. The previous app had more ways to vary the esize. There is no sound and doing it by yourself the app is not helpful. The new app does have a good look and feel.

### 3/5 — Not quite as good as the old version

*2018-07-10, version 1.0*

The look of this app is an improvement from the old app, but a few of the best functions are no longer. The “halfway there”, “30 seconds to go”, “10 seconds to go” are no longer there. It’s super helpful to hear those messages when you are lying a stretch for 10 minutes. There is no more finish button to manually hit when you’ve completed an exercise. Finally, the new app doesn’t keep your phone from going into sleep mode. Not ideal when you are doing a longer exercise.
