Downloaded, registered and found out I’d “pre-registered”. 
App looks and feels like an early iOS app. Terms and conditions are incomplete with entries like “Copyright (c) <year> <copyright holders>” and other important information missing pending an update. 
Not even sure why this is on the App Store. 
Deleted account and the app very quickly.
