I apply online to renew my NBI clearance.Paid and delivered to my address. I received a text message that it’s updated to my eGov account. BUT ITS NOT. In addition, I addressed 2 other issues last months about my OWWA experience online and PAG IBIG accounts. Nothing has been resolved. Specially my MP2 account (Pagibig mistakenly posted my advanced payment that should be for 4 months and they posted it for only single month). I submitted the payment proofs and yet they wanted me to send letter? So incompetent and inconvenient to deal….
