I have talked to several billing reps, including admin and explained an issue on my account. I explained why my balance wasn’t correct and was told not to worry that it would be corrected. I was told that although I had a $250 credit and a balance of $250 you couldn’t apply credit against balance??? Finally after trying to resolve this since last June 2025 I paid the balance! I have a $0 balance and they still won’t return my credit. This issue over a $250 credit is totally insane and I’m a very upset customer! MY BALANCE IS $0! ### 2/5 — Sub rate *2026-02-07, version 11.5.2* I’m constantly receiving “patient education “. I was not able to read it until after the test was completed and for over a month I have received this notification for the patient education. Also the site has difficulty connecting and exchanging information with my other my chart that it is linked to. Keeps schedule of appointments, summarizes office visits, posts test results and charts and compares results of tests for annual exams. Before when it was Lourdes I had to find on the web and dig for a way to get a virtual appointment. With this new app it’s all located in one easy spot. You can also message your provider as well. I do wish my provider was a little more responsive when I email him. It is a new system so I definitely understand. Really really nice app. I do wish that they would put status updates on the financial applications on the app to track the progress of your application. ### 2/5 — What’s the point of e Guthrie except to remind u of appointmentsents *2025-06-26, version 11.1.6* Over the last year I have multiple procedures and visits. Not just for the fun of it I have chronic medical problems. I have only had 2 providers reach out to me after a procedure they ordered. I am an Rn with a medical background and some of my results are concerning to me. I read after visits and read #(1) words from a er doctor that never layed hands on me they write nothing in there reports . The er nurse was going to discharge me without me even seeing the Drs to explain to me what was going on. I will follow up with the nodule on my lung as was suggested by radiologist but Dr. or what ever he calls him self not having a clue never mentioned it. It most definitely won’t be a Guthrie. Sad after working there for 20+ years this is how we are treated. Would definitely not recommend Guthrie to anyone. I do have to say the nurses were great especially Phil he is not only knowledgeable but has compassion for his patients. Cassie was my discharge young sweet but may have felt intimated by the incompetent ways of Physicians. Not to mention my B/p was at 1/59-170 over 200 But no worries you would have had to read my old records. . It’s such a blessing to be in the know from the comfort of my home. Then I can explain things to them easily. I am so totally unhappy with the care that I am receiving the Drs requested for me to have my feet elevated on Tuesday. It is now Wednesday 10:27 AM. I just got a elevated with one pillow, not above my heart, I don’t know what this is. the staff is the worst they’ll start with you leave and don’t come back when Lady was going to look for me a pillow. She walked away with her hair and never came back. Well, this is the Care that I am receiving at Guthrie hospital it is the worst, I could not wait to write a review. No time wasted and now it’s all gone.
