احاول مرارا ادخال رقم التليفون وانا اسكن في دوله اوروبيه ولا اتلقي. ابدا رساله  للدخول  فلا يمكنني الخصول علي اي فتوي

شكرا لكم على هذا التطبيق ،إنه تطبيق رائع وسبق لي ان استخدمته مرارا . الآن أقوم بتسجيل الدخول عن طريق الايميل واضغط بأني نسيت كلمة السر (في مثل هذه الحالة يجب أن أحصل على رسالة لاعادة تعيينها) ، لكن مايحدث هو تظهر لي ايقونة باللون الاخضر وتقول يوجد خطأ وهذا غير منطقي (عند وجود الاخطاء يجب ان يكون لون الايقونة احمر ). بالتالي يمكن ارجاع المشكلة الى خطأ برمجي عند اعادة تعيين كلمة السر يرجى اصلاحه. نشكر لكم جهودكم وبارك الله فيكم

احاول الدخول بالايميل والباسورد لا يستجيب وعملت نسيان كلمة المرور منذ فترة ولم استلم اي تمشيط للحساب
