The application enables Egyptian citizens and residents of Egypt enrolled in the Egyptian COVID-19 vaccination program to register, view and share their vaccination data and status in a reliable and secure manner. Up-to-date information about each user’s vaccination status, dosage dates and scheduled appointments are displayed. The application supports two secure types of vaccination status sharing: the first is visual through the mobile phone’s screen, and the second is through a QR code that can be scanned and accessed through the verifying party’s mobile phone camera. In both cases, the color of the application’s background changes to reflect vaccination status in a fast and easily recognizable manner. Registered users can add more than one travel document to their application profile, sharing the information with airport authorities on their way to or out of Egypt.
