I spent 400 le on this app in addition to the 400 le I already spent to get the original QR code. I’m outside Egypt now and really need the app to work and it is not. The Ministry page doesn’t have a link to report this or call someone from the hotline to deal with the technical issues that face the clients. Please arrange updating the apps and taking off all the bugs that make the apps useless .
