I downloaded the app tried to connect vr goggles to WiFi and I get error message saying no internet connection. Contacted EHANG and they told me they are working on a software update and I will just have to sit and wait until the update comes out. What a crock. Have been trying to get set up for two days, with ZERO success! As has a previous reviewer, I can’t get the Take off and return to work without being able to download maps and need an internet connection to do that. Since I’m connected to the drone! I can’t connect to two networks (drone & internet) at the same time. Also, if having a router to connect to the drone is mandatory band and I’m using an iPad or iPod (non-cellular version), how am I supposed to fly this thing in a field away from my router??? I then opened the app when it asked for my email for the vairificatoin code it would not send. I then tried using three different emails none of which worked. Frustrated I went for help on your website but could not set up an account because your website would not accept my email. I tried contacting you via calling but could only find a number to your Chinese office, and I don’t know Mandarin please share a phone number with me or update the app and alert me of this in the about part of the update. If this dose not happen soon I am just going to sell the drone and get a dji mavic air. After upgrading, the map loading is much slower than before. Map is not available when view the record (satellite maps available before in records) I was wondering if you just changed to map service? BTW I was located in USA when observing such problems . Res wanted to go back to the previous version if possible . I did not see any bugs of map there Thanks ### 3/5 — Good app but should be better *2019-09-16* I loved the start up tutorial and the app calls out what you’re doing or what you need to do but it needs to have some way to preload or download maps and satellite images while you on a Wi-Fi network for use when you get in the field. Only just did the 3 flights with the ghostdrone VR2.
