Even the reset password function doesn’t work. Twice I’ve turned up the temperature on my hallway heater to dry washing and been stick with it on a high temperature because the app stops working. It seemed pretty straightforward to set up & control & monitor from both my iPhone & my wife’s. Helpdesk was very good at identifying & solving only problem, which I caused myself by creating an account on website instead of going straight to App & doing everything there. All setup instructions on the App made it easy to have living room, hall & bedrooms at different temperatures & varying times. Looks like it should be easy to boost or lower settings anytime. Ideal for keeping an eye on all temperatures for an elderly relative. Also great for anyone with electric heating wanting to have home comfortable at all times of year & keep bills to a minimum. ### 3/5 — Could be good.
