Regularly signs me out without reason and cant get back on using password. Even the reset password function doesn’t work.
Twice I’ve turned up the temperature on my hallway heater to dry washing and been stick with it on a high temperature because the app stops working.

Absolutely not fit for purpose.

Seems account creation is just broken, removing the smart capability of any of their products. Look for another rad system.

Seems to be a bit useless - unable to sign in or reset password, or even register with a new email/user name.

Been using this app for a couple of years but noticed the Home/Away geolocation setting has been playing up eg been home since 6pm this evening yet the app set to away ie heating on reduced temp mode. Has app been checked lately by developers??

The app is not intuitive to use. Crashes regularly on iPhone... randomly signs you out when you're logged in. Works but is pretty frustrating to use.

Just had new radiators installed in mother in law’s flat yesterday along with the controller. It seemed pretty straightforward to set up & control & monitor from both my iPhone & my wife’s. Helpdesk was very good at identifying & solving only problem, which I caused myself by creating an account on website instead of going straight to App & doing everything there. All setup instructions on the App made it easy to have living room, hall & bedrooms at different temperatures & varying times. Looks like it should be easy to boost or lower settings anytime. Ideal for keeping an eye on all temperatures for an elderly relative. Also great for anyone with electric heating wanting to have home comfortable at all times of year & keep bills to a minimum.
