It always says “invalid time entered” so I had to call the team like ALL THE TIME. It takes ages either they manually modify your electronic timesheet or you had to do the paper timesheet. But apart from that, the app is really great and easy to use! ### 3/5 — App *2025-01-21, version 4.2.9* This app is the most easiest work app I’ve come across. Super easy to use when shifts are allocated and to accept shifts. I’d only wish that they’d make an option to decline shifts if we’re not interested in picking it up, as it makes it easier on us, because sometimes we call the office and no one answers. Having an option to accept is awesome, but I reckon there should be a decline button too as it’s easier on everyone. ### 3/5 — Editing timesheets *2024-07-03, version 4.2.7* This app is better than the app a different company used, but I don’t understand why you cannot edit the timesheet if you accidentally back out of the ROC and then have to deal with the hassle of sending notes through to other staff or manually do a timesheet which is a hassle in itself just because the app will not allow you to edit the timesheet before submitting it. ### 4/5 — Notification problem *2024-05-16, version 4.2.7* The app is great and I love using it, but the notifications don't appear. Every time a shift becomes available, I don't get a notification. I have to open the app and check constantly if a shift is available. Even having deleted and re-downloaded the app 3 times now the issue remains there. It may say 7 shifts available for you, then when I go to ‘allocate me now’ there is nothing there. So unsure if the app keeps itself updated? Thanks ### 3/5 — Won't open *2016-05-17, version 2.2* I've never had an issue with this app up until last weekend. The app now seems to open but then shuts down 2 seconds later. I have tried everything to rectify this. IT then instructed me to do it all again but to no avail. They haven't got any other answers for me unfortunately. I'm disappointed, I now have to use the actual web site and I fear I'm loosing shifts because I'm not getting notifications. FYI I have an iPhone five and have no other problems. ### 4/5 — Works well most of time *2015-11-21, version 2.0* I use this app all the time, to check shifts, place availability, lodge time sheets and view pay slips. Saves heaps of time and phone calls. Have uninstalled app multiple times. Logged out of app multiple times. Turned airplane mode on multiple times. Still not receiving any notifications. Only when I open the app can I see there is a shift available. Have check all other apps and settings are all the same. It's helpful when trying to juggle work/life/uni. It's easy to confirm shifts. Shift info is really helpful (like, the parking info, if there are any cafes around, what floor theatres are on, etc). I wonder if it's possible to press a button that can put all my shift times into my iCal app? That would be totes amaze.
