I had it for only 5 days, worked great, then just stopped and said timed out on screen, now won’t even let you log in app. Hopefully they fix it, I just got 2 of these cameras.

Since the app recently update, the app itself hasn’t working correctly. I was able to see the camera view and get the notifications;Which by the way they doesn’t delete even if you delete them . Now i can’t see the chose notifications unless i subscribe to. The camera takes long now to see even if there’s WiFi internet connection. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still the same; I can’t even logging into now. What a mess,period!

問題一、麥克風要直接通話需要按住，可是按住之後就沒辦法聽到對方的聲音！更新之前可以雙向通話，更新後無法雙向通話，這個很不OK你可以讓我關閉不通話，但不能讓我不能雙向通話問題二、麥克風音量無法增加
，只要按上一頁麥克風音量就會回到60根本就聽不到監控端那一端人說話的聲音也沒有儲存鍵可以設定我要音量百分之百太差勁了！
問題三、錄影回放不清晰，聲音聲音對話完全都聽不清楚都黏在一起都亂七八糟，這個問題是什麼樣的狀況？有什麼解決方式嗎？找不到地方詢問應該跟網路沒關係吧因為他是存在記憶卡裡面的。
