Constant notifications to enroll even though I am enrolled. Doesn’t link to Apple health app. Poor design choices in the app. Needs so much work.

Every time I log into this app, it keeps giving me error messages, and invalid password and ID it worked before but now I stop working as of last night. Those error messages are really annoying. Please fix this problem.

They give us step by step instructions to link to the Health app in the Apple Watch. As I have made positive strides for the past 2 weeks and trying to enroll to get the discount, It shows I haven’t done anything and this is discouraging! Please respond to these reviews ! I would like my progress to be tracked!

It never syncs when it should, causing my health insurance to go down levels and be more expensive. It has a LOT of MAJOR issues.

For being a health care provider and one of top in the country I’m surprised how poor this app is.  I feel like a high ranking doctor said “my kid knows apps he could make this”  
I would have reached out to any of the major fitness apps and asked them to build this out.  There should be know reason for me to log in and upload my activities each week or month.  All my other fitness apps and third party apps sync with out me having todo a thing for any activity.   That doesn’t seem that hard to accomplish.  This is the only “fitness / health” app that does not sync automatically.  I’m annoyed because this has cost me money and where my data was not recorded or connecting apps or devices where lost

Was hesitant with the 2.5 star rating but looked like old reviews.   This is a simple interface that replaces the EHP Motion Connected website.  Works great.  Helpful to see if sync is working properly and get monthly stats via an app vs website.  Easy to add a device and manage the account fully.  FYI for Fitbit users out there with Fitbit logins -a Google login is going to be required but you have to unlink your device in this app and then relink it before February 2026.
