Improved the master H&P (dark version): The most innovative H&P master panel for patient-specific customization of H&Ps and notes. (You add Diseases/Problems ad lib to the same panel!). master H&P: 1 panel, 100+ diseases/problems, TRILLIONS of combinations. You can select a disease to highlight its signs and symptoms (and vice versa), for visually efficient "point of care reference and decision support". Includes customizable Disease Data Tables (with signs and symptoms) for easy comparison. eH&P™ is now Integrated with iDox® and ready for your Hospital EHR/EMR. Improved usability of the eH&P™ (master panel works offline, includes cloud version for printing).

Best App for the H&P

With eH&P you can customize your H&Ps and do it for in a patient-specific way.
Very useful and practical for med students, residents and nurses.

Not what it purports to be

It’s just a list of things you could put in an H&P. It makes it sound like you can create patient H&Ps to be loaded into an emr but it’s not that at all. You can’t enter any data or even edit the elements of the templates they show you. Wouldn’t be bad if it was free but costing $7.99 is a total ripoff. Don’t waste your money!
