## What is EHPARP?

Enhancing Health and Physical Activity Rates through Pentathlon (EHPARP) aims to use Pentathlon to promote health-enhancing physical activity among European youth and adults and to provide dual career opportunities.

This App contains free resources on how to become a "Modern Pentathlon" athlete/coach/event organizer.
Our e-learning section will allow you test yourself with some exercises on the all 12 Training Modules we offer.
