The face ID was working fine but not stopped working and I need to fill the password each time. Please try to check other banks apps (ENBD at least) I feel am using 1995 version from an app graphics!! ### 2/5 — Face ID and add beneficiaries *2023-02-27* In the update and previous update also, face id removed. It was working before but since the previous version it is not working. Also for adding beneficiaries, it is not logical and not practical if I add new beneficiary to wait 24 hours until it is allowed to transfer. The reason I gave 3 stars is the app is with Emirates Islamic Bank, so I do not know if the limitations are caused by the app developer or the bank itself. When I want to transfer money, it asks for a Smart Pass Pin. I don’t remember my pin, so I tap that I forgot it. It then says that it sends an email to my current email. However, the issue is that it keeps sending it to my OLD email even though I changed my email from within the app from a long time ago and it still keeps sending it to my old email. Apps@emiratesislamic.ae ### 1/5 — Smart pass *2020-06-01, version 4.8.1* I’ve been facing an issue with the smart pass I didn’t activate the smart pass whenever I open the app it asks me to activate it I can’t do anything on the app without activating smart pass and when I do that I pop up message appears saying system is temporary not available. ### 1/5 — Worst bank app 👎🏽 *2020-03-05, version 4.7.4* I’ve used several bank apps in UAE, and non of them behave like EI app. Every time I try to sign-in the app tells me that the password is wrong, even when I register my Face ID it tells me it’s wrong!
