機種変更後、2名しか登録してないのに4名までしか通知できないと表示され使えない。前のアプリは削除済み。いつ改善されるんでしょうか。

保護者ユーザーです。機種変更したところ、ログイン画面になり、「このアプリは4名以上に通知をすることは出来ません」と表示され、それ以降私はeicaにアクセスできません。

4名？保護者2名しか登録していません。仮に私の前の機種が登録されたままだとしても、3名のはず！？

新たにタブレットやスマホを買い替えてアプリにログインしようとすると、「このアプリは4名までしか通知出来ません」との表示が出てログインが出来ません。前の端末ではログアウトしてアプリも削除しているため、アプリでは利用出来ない状況になっている。

英進館保護者です。
アプリなのに、ひとたびアプリを終了させると、次回起動時に再ログインを求められる。非常に不便です。
あと、このアプリだけじゃ不安なので従前どおりメールでもお知らせを受け取れるようにしていますが、メールの通知は来るのに、アプリじゃ通知されないお知らせがある。結局、メールもアプリも見なきゃいけなくて二度手間。
毎月、子ども一人当たり220円もシステム料払っているのですから、機能検証しっかりしてください！
