Tried to upload multiple images and all says “we couldn’t find a match” except you upload a label. Chat seems working fine but just looks like a ChatGPT.

Thanks for trying Eicon and for taking the time to leave feedback.

At the moment, artwork recognition works best for artworks that are part of our supported museum collections. If an artwork isn't currently in our database, the app will return "We couldn't find a match." We're continuously expanding our collection and improving recognition accuracy.
We also appreciate your feedback on the chat experience. Our goal is to provide artwork-specific insights beyond a general AI chat, and we're actively improving this experience in upcoming updates.
If you're willing, we'd love to learn more about the images you tested. Please contact us through the app or at our support email so we can investigate.
