## What is eID for W3DS?

eID for W3DS is your entry into the Web 3 Data Spaces ecosystem, the eID app allows you to create your very own eName and eVault which act as your digital representation, 
in Web 3.0 Data Space Your Digital Self consists of three core elements:

– eName – your digital identifier, a number
– ePassport – your cryptographic keys, enabling your agency and control
– eVault – the secure repository of all your personal data. You will decide who can access it, and how.
