## What is EIE Legal Messaging?

Secure mobile messaging app EIE Legal allows users to exchange confidential texts, and retain an archived record for all parties, providing the “encrypted transparency” their work and ethical obligations demand. In addition users can share encrypted files, photos, videos and .pdfs. 
Developed for Attorneys/Professionals EIE Legal is secure and creates a “on the record” copy of users conversations with clients, coworkers and other concerned parties. EIE Legal Messaging not only allows attorneys, other professionals and their clients to provide secure updates in real time and but also helps eliminate “after the fact” confusion and misunderstandings of the content with each other and their clients.
Clients want to communicate as easily with lawyers / professionals as they do with everyone else. Through the EIE Legal private messaging app, they get the benefit of instant communication and instant recordkeeping of the conversation.
EIE Legal is a secure mobile messaging app for lawyers that puts end to end encrypted transparency in the palm of your hand. With EIE Legal your communications are always secure, always transparent, and always recorded. 
Features:
End-to-end encryption means data resides as encrypted dust in the cloud, not on the device. Without login password and internet connection no one has access to your electronic EIE data.
Go beyond traditional texting by sharing Notebooks with photos, pdf’s, videos and more. Encrypted photos/videos can also be taken using the EIE Legal app.  Subscription includes 50 GB of storage for file sharing. 
Print or pdf archived text message threads with contact names, email, date, time and EIE watermark, for hard copy file retention and recordkeeping. 
All parties have access to their own archive copies of the text chain for printing or retention. If one user deletes their archive or their account it doesn’t affect other user’s copies.
Geo-fencing of conversations available. Limits area where active text conversations can be viewed. 
User ID is any email you control. No random incoming texts from non EIE Legal users or accidental texts sent to EIE users not in your EIE contact list. Best of all you do not have to give out your cell phone number in order to text. 
Invite new users from your existing iPhone contact list to join you using EIE Legal. 
Set up unique password vs. your current email login.
Log in can be used on multiple devices. Example: same id/password for both iPhone & iPad
Text with just one contact or multiple contacts. Set up separate text groups. Can use multiple accounts/IDs on one device (subscription required for each account).
If phone/device is lost, you can use another device to log in, change password and retain access to your data.
