Recent user reviews (10 of 47) All indexed reviews: https://appshunter.io/ios/app/eight-business-card-manager/id444423637/reviews.md ### 2/5 — 名刺の現物ではなく連絡先管理に脱皮してもらいたい *2026-04-17* OCRのスピードと精度は素晴らしく、入手した1枚の名刺をデータベース化するソフトとしては完成の域に達していると思う。 しかし、相手の部署変更や転職等で複数の名刺を入手している場合、統合的に管理できない。つまり、名刺の現物の管理はできても連絡先の管理には使いものにならない。SNS化のような無駄な動きをするのではなく、連絡先管理ソフトへと脱皮してもらいたい。具体的には、後から名刺を追加できるようにしてもらいたい。 実際の問題、せっかく最新の名刺を入手して登録しても、相手がeightユーザーでまだ古い自分の名刺しか登録していない場合は、古い名刺情報に上書きされてしまう。これでは使いものにならない。 さらに、こうして改善を提案しても、プレミアム会員になればできる、と言われるのはちょっと違うと思う。Wantedly Peopleを使う人もたくさん見かけるようになったし、電車の中でよく宣伝しているソフトもある。ちょっとした改善せずに課金させようと殿様商売であぐらをかけばユーザーを一気に失うはず。 **Developer response:** いつもEightをご利用いただきありがとうございます。OCRの精度・スピードをご評価いただけて大変嬉しく思います。また、連絡先管理機能についての貴重なご意見をいただきありがとうございます。 おっしゃる通り、無料版においては、名刺交換した相手がEightをご利用中の場合、お相手が登録している名刺情報を最新とされる仕様です。 いただいたご意見は改善のため真摯に受け止め、より良い体験にできるよう努めてまいります。引き続きEightをよろしくお願いいたします。 ### 1/5 — Not opening *2025-11-01* The app is no more ### 2/5 — 読み取りが *2025-09-19* 確か最初の頃は、読み取りがうまくいかなくても担当スタッフが手入力で入力、校正をするので正確なデータストックできるとの話でしたが、「読み取りができませんでした」というエラーが表示されるようになりました。菱形の名刺で文字が斜めに入っているものですが、デザインが奇抜なだけで、普通に文字情報は読むことができます。読み取り不可のものを人力でスタッフが入力するという説明が正しいのであれば、これは矛盾するのではと思います。さらに、がっかりしたのは、「編集するか削除してください」との指示が出たので手入力による編集をするのですが、何度やっても、「入力フォーマットが違う」というようなエラーが出てしまい、入力を諦めざるを得ないこと（名刺を削除）になりました。せめてどこがエラーなのか分かるようになっているといいと思いました。デザインされた名刺は増えてくると思うので、このままでは残念に思います。 **Developer response:** いつもEightをご利用いただきありがとうございます。ご不便をおかけして申し訳ございません。 情報の編集につきましては、メールアドレスや電話番号などが正しい形式で入力されていない場合にエラーが表示されることがございます。お手数ですが、入力内容をご確認のうえ再度お試しいただけますでしょうか。 また、デザイン名刺の読み取りに関するご意見もありがとうございます。いただいた内容は今後のサービス改善に活かしてまいります。今後ともEightをよろしくお願いいたします。 ### 3/5 — 名刺管理は便利です *2025-07-28* 写真で自動で会社名、名前を読み取ってくれるので便利です。 ただ読み込みが正確ではなく、役職が課長の方が主任と表示され、それを修正できません。 またすごいのが撮影した写真には課長と写っているのに、AIが主任と判定したら、課長表記が主任へ変更された写真が保存されています。 ある意味すごいです。 情報が誤っているときは手書きで入力できるようにしたい。 また役職が変わったなどで更新された名刺をいただいた時に、過去に登録した名刺を差し替えする事が出来ないので、機能として追加して欲しい。 ### 3/5 — couldn’t change the language *2025-05-07* you couldn’t change the system language ### 3/5 — 名刺整理箱が不要に *2025-05-02* 整理箱にぎゅう詰めにしたり、ファイルを次々と買い足したりと、増える一方の名刺と長年格闘してきましたが、Eightを活用するようになってから、机の上も引き出しの中もすっきりしました。名刺は登録したら片っ端から捨てています。外国語の名刺などで入力が不正確な場合もありますが、画像でも綺麗に保存されるので安心です。いろいろ試した中でベストの名刺管理アプリです。ただ、私の使い方ではSNS的な繋がる機能は一切不要なので、シンプルな名刺管理の機能に徹してほしいというのが正直なところです。Eightの上で人と繋がったり名刺交換したりするのは、私にとってはあまり気持ちのよいものではないです。 ### 4/5 — 入力精度低いため想像以上に煩雑かつ融通利かず *2025-03-05* データ入力精度が随分改善されてきました！ これなら、使えます！！ 元が酷くベータ版以下だったので！ ただ、まだまだ、改善の余地はあると思うので、継続的に改善お願いします！ エイトで撮った写真以外の画像が使用できると更に良いです！ DL画像とか、以前こら持っている画像、あとメールの署名が使えるとかなり便利だと思います！ プレミアムでも適当な入力で間違いが散見されるので全件確認必要です！ ロゴを会社名にしていたり...有り得んだろ... 打ち子がOCR使ってんじゃないか？ 全件確認が必要なら最近の高精度OCRと変わらない エクセル手入力の方が確実でマシかも タグの逆で未確認名刺を引っ張りたいが出来ない！ 電話番号も代表と直通あれば打ち子次第でどちらを入力するかバラバラ！基本電話は1つしか入力されていない！内線含めて全部入れてくれれば文句ないけど メアドと電話番号の入力精度は高い！ メアドで名前の読み方が推測できるのに中国人みたいな変なフリガナ振ってあったり 送信した画像数と名刺情報の数が一致しない 確認したら数枚、抜けていたり 結論、全件確認しないと名刺の多い人は使い物にならない可能性大！ 会社名と個人名でしか検索できないためそこの精度が低いとね... 普通、電話番号やメアドで検索するケースは稀でしょ！ あと、修正する際、画像を任意の場所、任意のサイズで出せないと修正が超煩雑！！ スワイプで次の名刺に移行しないし、戻ってまた開くって原始的 PCですら別ウインドウ開かないし、画像サイズも変えられないし 改善点はまだまだあるがこのへんで... 期待値が高かっただけに1点！ ### 4/5 — アプリが開けなくなった（再インストールで解決） *2024-11-06* 久しぶりにアプリを開こうとしたらすぐにダウンしてしまい開けない状態になってました。何度やっても、iPhoneを再起動しても改善せず。 心当たりといえば最近iOS を17.7に更新したことくらいですが、原因よくわかりません。 アプリのアップデートも最新でしたし… 結局、アプリ削除してインストールし直しました。 コロナ禍もありしばらく使っていませんでしたが、その間に転職をして、もう名刺が手元に無いので職歴に追加できないのが今の悩みの種です。名刺が撮影できなくても、自分の職歴は追加できたほうが良いのでは。 便利なアプリなのでこれかたも頑張っていただきたいです。 ### 4/5 — 本人が更新していない場合 *2024-09-23* 既エイトユーザーの名刺を登録する際、その人が古い名刺を登録したままだと、せっかく最新の名刺を登録しようとしているのに上書きされてしまう。本人に気軽に更新を依頼できない場合、選択肢がなく困る。 **Developer response:** いつもEightをご利用いただきありがとうございます。 最新の名刺を登録しようとしても上書きされてしまうとのこと、ご不便をおかけしております。 Eightでは、つながっている相手の名刺についてはプロフィール名刺が優先して表示される仕組みとなっておりますが、Eightプレミアムをご利用の場合は、ご自身が登録された名刺をプロフィール名刺として設定することが可能です（Web版のみ） 設定方法や詳細については、ヘルプページをご参照ください（https://eight.zendesk.com/hc/ja/articles/10467143474063） いただいたご意見は今後のサービス改善の参考とさせていただきます。 引き続きEightをよろしくお願いいたします。 ### 3/5 — 退会は *2024-06-03* 第８条 退会 1. ユーザーが退会を希望する場合には、ユーザーは、当社所定の方法により、当社に退会の申出を行うものとします。 2. 当社は、次の各号に掲げる事由が発生した場合は、ユーザーに通知することなく、当社の判断でユーザーを強制的に退会させることができるものとします。 1) Eight利用規約又はその他の利用規約等に違反した場合 2) 不可抗力、当局の要請などによる場合 3) Eightサービスへの最終アクセスから1年の時間を経過した場合 4) その他当社が不適切と判断した場合 3. 当社は、ユーザーが退会した場合、当社が定める方法により他人名刺を削除します。なお、当社が別に定める場合を除いて、ユーザーは、他人名刺をダウンロードすることはできません。 4. 当社は、ユーザーが退会したことによって発生した損害について、一切の責任を負いません。 5. ユーザーは、退会にあたって、当該ユーザーが退会前に行なった第6条2項6）及び第6条3項5）によって他のユーザーが取得した名刺等の情報並びに第6条6項によって当社が処理した情報については、当社に対し、利用の停止、消去、削除等の請求を行なうことはできません。 **Developer response:** Eightサポートです。このたびは、レビューを投稿いただきありがとうございます。お客様のご要望に対して適切なご案内をさせていただきたいため、差し支えないようでしたら、投稿内容を更新いただき、Eightに対するご要望を具体的にご教示いいただけないでしょうか。恐れ入りますが、投稿内容の更新をお待ちしております。 ##
