何度試しても、アプリとスキャナーが接続されません。
スキャンまで行けませんでした。
トラブルシューティングの案内もサイトにありますが、その通りに行っても解決されませんでした。

綺麗に早くスキャンできるのは素晴らしいが、今のβ版では、利点がそれしかない。スマホで複数枚を撮影した際に、同時に設定できる「名刺交換日」や「メモ」の設定ができない為、使い物にならない。正直言ってScanSnapを購入して損した気分。早々に上記機能を搭載してください。

相手と繋がっても有料会員だと自分でスキャンした名刺は残る筈ですが、相当の確率で自分がスキャンした名刺が表示されません。（表示される名刺もある）
名刺にはその時に得た情報を記載してますので表示されないと本当に困ります。なんとか表示させる方法はないでしょうか？
スキャン方法はカメラで撮影する場合と、スキャンスナップを両方併用してます。
それがなければ星5個です。

スキャナーに貼ってあるSSIDが出てこなかった。下に置いてあったPOPのが正解だったらしく、問い合わせに連絡したが電話に出ない。

接続がわるい端末に当たってしまい、スキャナーのランプが点かなく、接続出来ずに困りました。
何度もお店の方がコードを抜き差ししてやっと使えるようになりましたが、コードが古くなっていないかなど端末のチェックをお願いしたいです。
