Not responsive dunno what happened ### 4/5 — Smooth so far *2025-09-22, version 1.7.42* Have been using eight for couple of months. Sengkang area. So far so good. Tried it in malaysia too. ### 3/5 — Patchy Connections @ Aeon Terbau *2025-09-14, version 1.7.42* Recently , I was in JB, Aeon Terbau. Signal shows 4G $ 5G connection however the connection was patchy. Even outdoors , internet connection was patchy. Unable to open up the eight app as well to check on balance data Eight telco works better when I was in Frankfurt. Signal was 4G and connection was stable . Eight should review its partnership ### 1/5 — App login still requires OTP *2025-09-03, version 1.7.42* No major issues with the actual mobile service and connectivity. The 1 star is for the app which still requires SMS sent OTP to login. This is no different from using the website, so there is no point. Then possible to login by ic by that one login able to see multiple mobile status -(no need individual login to see usage ) please consider thanks ### 3/5 — better way to see my data usage please *2025-08-22, version 1.7.42* i think one huge way to improve this app is to allow us to see our data usage in a better way? the way the app displays the data usage is how much kb or mb we use in each sitting - each time we turn on our mobile data i’m assuming. but let’s be honest, no one really cares about that.. and if displayed that way, does that mean i have to manually count all of the displayed numbers to find out how much data i’ve used?😭 i think a much better way to display it is for us to see how much of the data we have used and how much data we have left overall. like for instance some other telecom companies have a huge circle to depict the total number of data we have an a highlighted component to see how much data we have used. i believe this will be much better compared to the current format. ### 2/5 — Line quality *2025-08-19, version 1.7.42* Very bad line quality, it’s appear to have coverage everywhere, but when come to quality, it’s not stable and Keep have network issue when continuos streaming. It was fine when i first signed up but now i see that it’s not just me, but everyone’s complaining that the signal is BAD, yet Eight has the audacity to tell everyone that based on their network team, coverage is healthy with no reported issues. Like hello? So many people complaining so how can it be coverage healthy and no reported issues??? Seriously stop coming up with so many promotions when you can’t even tackle the connection issues. Existing users will eventually leave once they finish using their credits if such problem still exist. Since Day 1, my package is inclusive of 018 IDD calls but until now I am still deprive from using this service. In my recent trip to China for last 2 weeks, I have difficulty connecting Starhub’s roaming partner, China Mobile and I am very surprise my data was depleted very fast. But my ZYM mobile is working fine and seamless.
