Regarding the new Arena feature, it’s not PvP. It’s PvB (Player vs Bot) as many have already stated. The App crashes a lot. The Arena presents you with options that only allow you to win a value of 1. You’re presented with the same tired group of aliens on each level except with a different background. I ordered the silver American Eagles that we were given access to, and was supposed to hear back from them after 5 business days. Never heard from them so I had to open up a couple different support tickets to even get a response. When they finally responded they said they could only partially fill my order. I said okay. Then they message back the next week that they are out and can’t fill my order. They had the nerve to give my game account around 1100 gems (useless) like that would fix the issue. I’m trying to buy a physical coin and you try and placate me with digital trash? Needless to say I will never play the game again, and I would caution anyone from doing any business with this company. Inept may not explain it well enough. **Developer response:** Hi there! They’ve gotten far too competitive (crowded), so even paying to win will cost over $1,000. Support has been less than responsive.
